If you have reason to believe that you are dealing with a buyer that is committing fraud, not following our policies or laws and regulation relating to their account activity you can report them.

To report (any) users follow the below steps:

• Locate the the item for sale, and on the details page, click the report tab next to the print tab.
• Filling the Title and Description fields.

Included as much information as possible stating the reasons for the report.

Please be mindful of what you say and how you say it, and please do not use offensive language is not tolerated.

All reports are between the reporter and BNSBids, we do not share the reporter information at any stage, and we may reply back if we are unsure as to why the user has been reported.

We will investigate any reports and may communicate with the reported user via their messaging board, Depending on the reasons for the report we will check and monitor the user's activity and take any action needed.
