As a seller, you must provide great customer service and honour the information you provide about any item or service you list for sale.

Feedback:
Sellers must leave buyers feedback after a successful transaction.
This helps provide confidence to other potential buyers, leaving feedback that best describes the transaction will in return prompt the buyer to leave good feedback for you as a seller.
If there are any problems please contact the seller before leaving any Negative feedback, and allow the seller to correct any mistakes if caused by the seller.

Import Taxes, Customs Duties
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Generally, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package

Local Sales Tax:
As a seller on BNSBids, you might need to charge tax on your sales, and then report and remit those taxes to your government. We have pre-setup many default tax rates for each country/state, Sellers can use our tax system to handle the most common sales taxes automatically, the tax is automatically calculated at the Point-Of-Sale (POS) with the total sale price pair item sale, including shipping cost and other costs.
You can use our tax system locally or Internationally. you can apply one or multiple tax rates to one listing at a time. only residents them selected tax destination county/state will see the tax rate. buyer outside them tax destination will not see the tax rate, meaning no taxes will apply to them should they buy your item or services.

Shipping, and Returns.

The item location is automatically pre-filled with your existing registration location details (Country, State, and Zip Code),

Binding Sales.
All sales are binding. If a seller receives a purchase request the seller is obligated to complete the transaction with the buyer unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as;

Buyers/Sellers' Personal Information.
You are responsible for protecting members' personal information you receive or process and comply with all relevant legal requirements.
