Account Suspension
There are several reasons for account suspension:
- Violating Terms of Service: If you have violated our terms or policies, your account may be suspended. This could include engaging in prohibited and restricted activities, posting inappropriate content, or other selling activity.
- Unusual Activity: Suspicious or unusual activity on your account, such as multiple failed login attempts or a sudden influx of messages, may trigger a suspension for security reasons.
- Payment Issues: If you have failed to make a payment or if there are issues with your billing information, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
- Business Information: If your account suspension is related to your business information, we may asked you to provide additional documentation to verify your identity or address of your business.
What to Do When Your Account is Suspended:
- Login to your account and check the account status, you may need to clear you account fees, if this is the case, simply pay your fees and you account will activate automatically.
- The same applies for your store subscriptions, simply pay your subscription fee and you account store will activate automatically.
- If your account is suspended for other resions you should check your message inbox - we will have sent message to that account. simply reply back and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Preventing Future Suspensions:
- Once you have successfully had your account reinstated, it is important to take steps to prevent future suspensions.
