Listing Fee Refunds:

When you list an item for sale and your listing is live in our categories, you have made a commitment to list the item on BNSBids and therefore we do not give any refunds. We may credit users' accounts if we are having technical issues with BNSBids.

If we provide listing fee refunds as goodwill, we will automatically add the listing fee refund as credit - within 3 months. 

Credit can only be used for the use of your account.
