Individual sellers and business sellers that sell tickets, they must comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations and laws.
When selling any tickets on BNSBids, you must describe as much information (within your listing description) about the ticket as possible.
If you do not yet have the ticket in possession or to send, you must also state this within your listing description.
If you have the Tickets in possession then you can sell it by auction (Bids) or buy it now, the ticket must be theirs to sell and must be well in date.
All tickets must be sent as soon as the buyer makes full payment to the seller, it is important that the seller send the ticket well before the event, all tickets must be sent no later than one week of the event.
Note: if you are sending the ticket by post or by courier, you must send the ticket through recorded delivery.
The seller must provide all information regarding the ticket(s) such as
Name of the event and destination,
Is the ticket a paper ticket or an electronic ticket.
Does the ticket(s) have any service fees or taxes or paperwork.
The seller must also provide the value of the ticket.
If any event ticket has been canceled, you should contact the seller you have purchased the ticket from and ask for a full refund.
Business sellers are required to give a full refund as they are bound by the consumer regulations with online trading.
In regards to postponement's the business seller is required to offer either a refund or an alternative ticket as they are bound by consumer regulations for online trading.
It is not permitted in any way to advertise, list, or sells any tickets that you do not own or that have not been yet been allocated to you.
“No Sellers” at all are allowed to re-sell a ticket(s) that have been postponed or canceled event(s).
Tickets cannot be sold as Free with another inflated priced item such as an item of clothing with a free ticket to a sports game/ event
Lottery or lottery types tickets, you can't list any type.
