Any adult magazine or comic that doesn't contain sexually explicit content can be listed
As long as there are no images of a sexually-explicit nature.
Educational-only materials that do NOT have sexually explicit content, or inappropriate descriptions, and don't show nude images can be listed for sale.
All human genitalia, anus, or the nipple/areola of female breasts must not show.
Art must not contain descriptions of explicit or overtly sexual content.
Any nude art listed in the Art categories on BNSBids must include the item specifics attribute Subject: "Nudes"
The use of nude images is restricted, however, in the case of an item being classed as fine art, we will permit some frontal nudity.
Please note that any listing of fine art must not contain descriptions of explicit or overtly sexual content.
Note: you can use methods to cover body parts in the images before taking pictures.

When listing a New item(s) of adult clothing wear, you must very clearly state in the listing description the item(s) of adult clothing wear is New with tags, New without tags, New with defects.
When listing a pre-worn (Used) item(s) of adult clothing wear, you must very clearly state in the listing description that the item is used and that the item has or will be cleaned prior to dispatch.
Listings must not contain inappropriate titles or descriptions for adult clothing wear no matter the condition or its use.
Any listing under the condition "Not specified" must have information as to why the condition is "Not specified" it may be removed if it doesn't.
Any listings for underwear that are unclear (Not specified) as to whether or not the item is New or pre-worn (Used) will be removed, we do not allow used underwear.
You must not list used adult clothing worn with the intention of it not being cleaned prior to dispatch.
Clear or see-through item(s) of clothing can be listed, but any images in the listings must not show any nudity at all.
Clothing that is very tight can be listed but any images in the listings must not show male erections, human genitalia, or nipple/areola of female breasts.
We do not allow sellers to list other people's adult clothing wear or other adult-related content.
Sellers must not offer international shipping.
The following items are Prohibited:
Modeled clothing that is see-through and shows human genitalia, the anus, or the nipple/areola of female breasts.
Modeled clothing that is very tight and shows human genitalia, the anus, or the nipple/areola of female breasts.
Video content must not contain any nudity.
Items containing images of rape, bestiality, sadism, masochism, graphic violence, or degradation.
Male erections, even if the model is clothed.
Engaged in sexual contact or activity.
Materials that are clearly designed to try and sexually arouse the viewer.
Any listings that include modeled clothing must not offer any information about the person wearing the items.
listings that include modeled content must not show the person's face wearing the items.
Adult items with content that is illegal.
Sexually explicit adult films with a rating of X, XXX, or unrated for an adult-only audience.
Sexually explicit video games with a rating of Adults Only 18+.
Sexually explicit magazines, books, and comics that-shows displays of sexual activity.
Escort service, sexual relationship, prostitution, or any other adult-only activity, including 'virtual' boyfriends or girlfriends.
Downloadable adult content.
Child pornography is illegal and is in no way allowed on BNSBids. (your account will be suspended and you will be reported to the authorities)
Activity that doesn't follow this policy may result in action being taken with applicable laws, and depending on the activity we may be required by law to report the activity.
