BNSBids is a shopping website in which people buy and sell all types of items and services worldwide.
Our community of users manages their own accounts when buying and selling, including creating their own store and policies, users are responsible for their inventory, deliveries, and compliance with local and international law. BNSBids does not manufacture goods, hold any physical inventory, or deliver items on behalf of our third-party sellers.
When buying an item or service, you agree to comply with the rules and you are responsible for reading the full listing about the item or service before buying it now or placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you press Buy it Now or place a Bid.
Note: All types of vehicles and property listings are non-binding, this means buyer can opt out of the buying process at any stage.

It's the buyer's responsibility to read all the information to fully understand what is for sale before buying or bidding on the item or service.

This will include details such as:
Images: The images will be the item for sale and should represent the description.
Price via the following formats:
Description: Will describe all the details of the item including problems, defects, ingredients, and other related details.
Compatibility: The compatibility section is for our vehicle-parts compatibility check, this matches the vehicles that the part is compatible with. (this is only for our Vehicle parts and accessories.)
Specifications: This will include the item condition, Type, Style, Brand, Colour, Size, Shape, and other related specifications.
Payment: This will show all the payment options the seller accepts.
Shipping & Returns: This will include details such as: Item Location, Pick-up method, Postage Amount, Item Weight, Insurance, Shipping Instructions, Dimensions, and Returns details.
Note: That the details in the Shipping & Return tab will depend on the option and information the seller provides, for example - the seller may not provide the Dimensions, Insurance, or Postage Amount.
Questions & Answers: Buyers can view public questions left by other users or contact sellers private or public before purchasing.
Before committing to buy or bid on an item or service for sale on BNSBids, make sure you meet the requirements as described in the listing by the seller and that you are happy with the item or service. If you have any questions you should contact the seller for help.
Buy it Now / Bidding Agreement.
Note: The seller can include the "Buy it Now" option which buyers can buy the item or service straight away rather than bid to win the auction.
By pressing Buy it New or placing bids you are agreeing to buy the item or service, it creates a binding contract to buy the item or service from the seller.
You must complete the transaction within a maximum of 5 days or sooner if stated by the seller.
Remember that Not paying for an item or service you agreed to when pressing buy it now or bidding to become the winning bidder could result in having negative feedback as a buyer and in the view of others may affect you as a seller in the future.

Shill bidding:
Shill bidding is strictly prohibited. Shill bidding occurs when sellers or third parties create fake accounts to bid on their own items, driving up prices to create false competition. This tactic deceives genuine bidders into paying more than they should in a fair auction. account will be suspended permanently
Classified Ads:
To buy any classified ad, you must contact the seller, and together discuss the details. We recommend you keep your discussion within your personal messaging system on BNSBids as proof of any important details discuss between the you "the buyer" and seller.
Classified ads are also collection only, the buyer and seller together could arrange the delivery, however, it's recommended to view the item before completing the transaction.
Paying for Classified Ads is outside of BNSBids, the payment is directly between the buyer and seller.
Unless stated in the description - The price shown is the price you pay.
Communication:
If you would like to know more about the item or service being offered for sale, please contact the seller.
You can communicate with the seller directly from the item details page by selecting the questions & answers tab and then from the Message Type dropdown select "Private then add a message title and then add your message about the item or service, remember to be clear about what you're asking about.
You can view and reply to all your messages from within your messaging system in your account; Members Area > Messages > Inbox.

Feedback:
Buyers should leave feedback after receiving the item or service, this helps provide confidence to other potential buyers, leaving feedback that best describes the service the seller has provided will in-return prompt the seller to leave good feedback for you as a buyer.
If there are any problems please contact the seller before leaving any Negative feedback, and allow the seller to correct any mistakes caused by the seller.

Buyer-Prohibited Activity on BNSBids:
You must not do any of the following:
You must not bid on an item or service if you do not agree to become the winning bidder of the auction.
You must not agree to buy the item or service by pressing Buy it Now if you do not agree to buy the item or service.
You must not bid on your own auctions, this is also known as shill bidding and this is against the law in many countries and our policies.
You must not allow any member/ people that you know to bid on your listing with the intention to increase the auction price, this includes but is not limited to; Friends, Family, and Family Members or roommates.
You must not encourage members/ people of our buying community to leave fake reviews or feedback with the intention to increase the seller's reputation score rating.
You must not contact the seller requesting the price to be lowered.
You must not contact the seller requesting to use a payment method not shown in the payment tab.
You must not contact the seller requesting a post/shipping service that's not shown in the shipping & returns tab.
You must not contact the seller requesting the seller ship to an address other than the one used in the checkout.
You must not contact the seller to request additional items or services not stated in the original listing.
You must not contact the seller to ask for a discount if the seller has not stated anything about any discount in the listing.
You must not bid on more than one auction if you do not have the means to complete it, for example, if you bid on two (2) auctions and only have the intention or funds to pay for one (1) auction.
You must not manipulate the bid prices. users who attempt to manipulate bid prices will have their accounts suspended.
It is prohibited to share buyers' or sellers' personal details with any other third parties other than the post/delivery service providers.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates our policies or Terms of Use.
