Item Tracking


The seller can include track and trace, this allows you as a buyer to track the delivery process. Tracking is optional, the seller is not obliged to include the tracking, however we do recommend seller to include tracking.

If the seller includes the tracking, you can access the tracking Purchase page.


To access the tracking option Follow the below steps:

  1. Login to Your account.
  2. Go to Purchase page
  3. Find the item you would like to track
  4. Click the Track Package button and follow the steps provided.

You can also contact the seller, they should be able to help with the delivery location.


International Deliveries:

Some international or cross-border packages might not show tracking once the order leaves the departing country. The tracking status should update when the package arrives in the destination country.
