Returning An Item:
If you need to return an item you must contact the seller and explain the situation.
If the seller agrees that the item needs to be returned then, you must discuss the following details:
(The seller may have already stated how to send the item back in there returns policy)
The item should be returned to the address shown on the invoice.
We recommend using Track and Trace - this provides evidence the item was returned.
All items must be returned in the same condition when received, including any other item that's part of the sale.
What happens if the buyer used the item, or it's damaged while it's being returned:
It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition and that it's packed properly and protected against damage during delivery.
Sellers may deduct an amount from the buyer's refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
What happens if the buyer doesn't send the item back:
If the buyer doesn't send the item back, the buyer will not receive any payment refund.
I decided to keep the item:
If a buyer has changed their mind about requesting a return, the buyer should send the seller a message to let them know.
Note: if you send a message to the seller that you have decided to keep the item, then the sale is considered to be completed.
