Electronics equipment deemed unlawful by Ofcom in the UK and the Commission for Communication Regulations in Ireland, these items are not allowed on BNSBids at all.
We also don't allow any sales or listing of items that are intended to record private oral, wire, or electronic conversations or activities of other people without their knowledge.
You are allowed to list the following:
Radio transmitting equipment is allowed, only if it complies with (R&TTE directives), the equipment must be marked with the 'CE' mark.
Cordless telephones that operate on frequencies above 853 MHz are allowed but in the listing, the description must include (Authorisation) from Ofcom.
Radar detectors are allowed, but you must not offer postage to Ireland.
Video senders that operate outside the frequency band 470-854MHz are allowed.

Any Business seller who sells Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“EEE”) to consumers, you are considered to be a 'distributor' of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“EEE”). As a 'distributor' you must comply with these certain obligations:
Take back obligation - You must provide the customer with the opportunity to return old Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“EEE”) free of charge on the purchase of a replacement item that you have provided.
You can provide this option by registering with the Distributor Take-back Scheme which is run by Valpak, which supports a network of collection facilities where any consumers have the opportunity to return their Waste Electricals and Electronic Equipment (“WEEE”) or by offering to take Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“WEEE”) when consumers purchase a replacement item from you.
Obligation to inform consumers “You must make such information available to consumers” on how they can dispose of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“WEEE”), as well as the environmental benefits of doing so. Any Business seller who sells Electrical and Electronic Equipment to consumers should include such information in the listing description or within your “About Me page” or your store. The “Distributor Take-back Scheme” will provide members with information in a standard format. You must keep records of how you provide this information.

Listings for items that can be used to decode or encrypt transmissions, or access cable, digital, terrestrial, or satellite television programming without any payment or authorization are not allowed to be listed.
Any items that claim to change traffic lights/stoplights or otherwise take control of the traffic signal are not allowed.
Listings that are seen to be encouraging or provide any information on how to decode or access cable, digital, terrestrial, or satellite television programming without authorization or payment are not allowed at all.
